paypal not working?

Yes, we’re aware that some browsers aren’t processing orders, and you get a “things aren’t working at the moment” error. We’re doing our best to fix it… in the meantime you can try a different browser, different device, or just email us for a paypal request, or give us a call and we can do things over the phone. We’re also frustrated this and doing our best to resolve it asap, and appreciate your patience and willingness to work around the issue.

November 26-30, 2024: Happy Thanksgiving! yes we’ll be responding to emails, inquiries, quoting, etc. but shipping will be on pause until business resumes Monday December 2nd.

If you have just made a purchase, thank you for your order! Your transaction has been completed through paypal, and a receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you. You’ll receive a separate email with tracking as soon as we print your shipping label. Most products are in stock and ship same day/next day as long as we’re around… but note the dates above for possible delays. For roof rack purchases, you will receive a detailed drawing and quote confirming exactly what we’re building, for you to confirm and/or make changes to before we get started.

Have questions or need installation help? Product idea? There’s probably a video of the product you have a question about, on that specific product page. There’s a dedicated page with links to installation tips called tech tips, and even more information on our videos page. If you still have questions, just fill out the form below and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. We usually respond to emails within 24 hours, often much sooner than that, unless we’re at an event or something, as outlined above. In other cases, if you think you should have received a response by now, check your spam folder. This happens often, particularly if you’re outside the US.
