The bag is designed to fit behind your forward-facing rear seat. It is narrow enough to fit behind the back seat of a Samurai, FJ40 with bench seat, or Jeep Wrangler, with room on the sides for more gear in wider vehicles. The trunk storage bag features (4) zippered compartments, (2) hard plastic shelves, an inner mesh pouch, and a carry handle. A hard plastic insert in the top of the bag provides shape and structure.

We must admit we were a bit skeptical about this one at first, but now that it’s been in place for a while we have grown to really like it. Installed in the family car, one section is for hats, another for dog bags & leashes, one for reusable shopping bags, and the fourth for some emergency sideline blankets- all items that before occupied a large basket, and what seemed to be about half of the cargo area. now, only about 8” of the cargo area is consumed by the bag, leaving the rest open for actual cargo. The roll bar strap on the side is also great for holding the yoga mat! So if you have a forward facing rear seat, and aren’t running a drawer system, this my be your answer to escaping some of the clutter. Will also install behind the 3rd row seats!
